Terms of Service

Vinlecta is an AI-powered study platform for wine & spirits certification preparation. It provides practice questions, an exam simulator, AI-graded written answer practice, spaced-repetition scheduling, and related study tools. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Vinlecta is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any certification body, including WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or any other awarding organisation. Certification names are used for descriptive purposes only.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service under your credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Deletion is permanent.

The Service is offered on a Free tier and a Pro tier. Current pricing is listed on the pricing page.

• Free users have access to Level 1 content, all non-certification game modes, and a limited number of AI calls per month (see the pricing page for current limits).
• Pro users have access to all content including Level 2 & 3 question banks, the full Exam Simulator, unlimited AI-graded written answers, and the Custom Quiz generator.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles already paid.

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles VAT and applicable taxes. By subscribing you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Pro plan, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at tigran.babujyan@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any question content from the platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract quiz questions or content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disable any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

All content on Vinlecta — including question banks, software, design, and AI-generated content — is owned by or licensed to Tigran Babujyan. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content outside of normal use of the Service.

You retain ownership of any original text you submit (e.g. written exam answers). By submitting it you grant us a limited licence to process it through AI models solely to generate feedback for you.

Vinlecta uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate quiz questions and grade written answers. AI output is provided for educational purposes only and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular certification of AI-generated content. Always cross-reference with official study materials.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific study requirements or guarantee exam success.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinlecta and Tigran Babujyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
